Twin Cities RISE! (TCR!) is an innovative anti-poverty organization that offers a comprehensive work skills training program for low-income adults in the Twin Cities area. The combination of work skills classes, Personal Empowerment, one-on-one coaching, and internship opportunities result in placement in full time, living wage jobs.
In addition to advancing this program to eradicate poverty in Minnesota, TCR! is dedicated to an outcomes-driven model. Through a Pay for Performance (PFP) contract with the State of Minnesota, TCR! meets benchmarks and tracks participant success in exchange for funding.
Twin Cities RISE! is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides job training and placement to adults with barriers to self-sufficiency in the Twin Cities. We will be advertising our work skills training program, our innovative Pay for Performance funding model, and our unique Personal Empowerment training program.
