Dave Shaffer is President & CEO of DePaul Industries, beginning his career there in 1997 and previously serving as COO and CFO of the organization.
Dave has over 30 years of experience in business, including start-ups of successful food and tech companies and turnarounds of organizations experiencing financial difficulties. He has led the development of DePaul Industries into an internationally-recognized social enterprise, dually serving commercial customers and people with disabilities.
Dave previously served as Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Education Research Institute of the Northwest Food Processors Association, and is currently a Board Director of New City Initiative. In 2012, in recognition of his dual business- and mission-based leadership of DePaul Industries, Dave was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
