Jennifer is a principal at the Gray Plant Mooty law firm in Minneapolis. She specializes in working with nonprofit organizations and health care providers, with a particular focus on social enterprises and entrepreneurial nonprofits. She advises clients throughout the country on tax-exemption issues, unrelated business income, merger and acquisitions and joint ventures, legal structure issues and governance. She is a regular speaker at the SEA National Summit and is a proud founding member of the Social Enterprise Alliance’s Twin Cities Chapter.
