Patricia’s life is dedicated to creating a world that works for all, as are Heartland’s programs: Transformational Leader Circles (MN & CA), The Art of Convening Practicum Trainings, Men’s Wilderness Journey Retreats, When Women Lead: The Inner Voice of Women’s Leadership Retreats, consulting, coaching programs.

Patricia is co-author of The Art of Convening: Authentic Engagement in Meetings, Gatherings, and Conversations. Prior to Heartland, Patricia held various IT, marketing and media positions at Telemedia Communications, launching two national magazines, Garden Way Mfg. Inc., and others.

Patricia is co-founder, Conscious Business Alliance, Honoring Women Worldwide Advisory Board, Positive Coaching Alliance MN Chapter, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Minnesota OD Network, Minnesota Facilitators Network, National Coalition of Dialogue and Deliberation.
